In the event of a warranty return or on A-arms or swingarms we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Warranties are non-transferable. We are not responsible for any reimbursement for any coating i.e paint, powdercoat or chrome plating added to the A-arms or swingarms.
What is covered under warranty:
We warranty the replacement of the Arm frames only since we manufacture them. All other parts and hardware do not fall under our warranty. Please read below for details on the rest of our warranty policy.
Warranties are non-transferable. This means you must be the original purchaser of the A-arms being warrantied. Proof of purchased is required when submitting for a warranty. Customer will be responsible for paying for shipping costs to us and for returning your item. We require a $25 cash or money order to be placed in the box with the returned arm to pay for return shipping. $25 for return shipping inside the USA only. Fees for out of county shipping will be calculated.
All hardware is NOT covered under our warranty. If hardware is returned with the arm and looks worn or in unable to be removed and due to corrosion or lock-tight we will require new hardware to be purchased before returning arm.
All Threads on arms and tierods are NOT covered in the warranty due to potential negligence of not lock tightening the lock-nuts or lock-nuts working loose(general maintenance). We will repair threaded areas on arms with new bungs for $75 plus return shipping($25) Tierods are not covered under out warranty. Replacement tierods can be purchased from our website.
A-arms and swingarms are custom made items. We recommend pre-fitment before any outside powdercoating or Chrome plating incase any issues arise. We are NOT responsible for any coatings we do or do-not apply in our facility for new or if exchanges or repairs are needed. Any and all coatings on our products are NOT covered under our warranty due to potential neglect and application of use.
What to return:
Under the terms of a warranty return. We will need only the damaged arm sent. In the box please leave a note with your name,return address, email, phone, make, model and width of the arm being returned on a note in the return box. If this info is not included there will be delays in your return.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the event of a return, we are not responsible for any reimbursement for any coating i.e paint, powdercoat or chrome plating added to the A-arms and swingarms.
To return your product, you should email us pictures of the damaged arm, a proof of receipt for a return approval. Without these things we WILL NOT approve the return. For details and a return shipping address Send pictures, proof of purchase and info to email@example.com.
Shipping Carrier Responsibility:
We are not responsible for UPS, USPS or Fedex negligence. You will have to file a claim with them in an event that something was damaged in transit. It is the customers responsibility to request added insurance on the shipment if needed.
The customer will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning your item to us. All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping ($25) plus a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. In the event of a warranty return, we are not responsible for any reimbursement for any coating i.e paint, powdercoat or chrome plating added to the A-arm.
Warranty lead time:
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Warranties repairs or replacements are processed over a 30 day period of delivery to us.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
