Shipping policy
Shipping & Production Lead Times
Fullflight Racing manufactures many suspension components specifically for each customer. Production lead time is the time needed to build your order before it ships; carrier transit time is additional. Production estimates may vary with order volume, selected options, and material availability.
Current Production & Handling Times
- Fullflight A-arms and control arms: approximately 10–14 business days before shipping.
- Fullflight swingarms: approximately 10–14 business days before shipping.
- Elka custom shocks: approximately 8–9 weeks before shipping.
- Other in-stock parts and accessories: typically 1–3 business days before shipping, unless a product page specifies otherwise.
Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Orders containing items with different lead times may ship together. If you need an order by a particular date, please contact us before purchasing.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, when applicable, are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered, delivery destination, and available shipping services. Certain oversized or heavy items may require additional shipping arrangements.
Shipping Methods & Tracking
We generally use UPS or USPS for domestic shipments. A-arm orders generally ship by UPS Ground with signature release upon delivery. International orders generally ship by DHL where available. Carrier selection may vary by destination and package requirements. Tracking information is emailed when an order ships.
Shipping Insurance & Delivery Issues
Additional shipping insurance may be requested before shipment at the customer's expense. If a package is lost, damaged, delayed, or misdelivered, please contact us promptly so we can assist with carrier inquiries. Keep all packaging and photographs for damaged deliveries. This section does not limit any rights under applicable law.
Returns & Cancellations
