Shipping policy

Once you order from us we do everything we can to get your order out to you as soon as possible.  Keep in mind some products have a manufacturing lead time, and you will get an email the moment it ships.  We totally understand you want it asap, we would to!  We custom build A-Arms, Swingarms so there can be a small delay while we build for it for you... but we promise it is worth the wait!!! 

Turnaround & Lead Times

Most orders ship within 1-3 days, but some items need more build time. As soon as we pack your item you will receive an email with a tracking number. We thank you for your patience.

• Small parts 1-2 days to ship
• A-Arms 1-2 weeks
• Swingarms 2-3 weeks 

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping in the continental USA on most orders over $200.  This obviously excludes very heavy orders and items.  We do not offer free shipping to Alaska and other areas outside of the continental USA

Shipping Methods

We offer UPS, USPS on our orders for shipping carriers. All shipments of A-arms will ship UPS ground with signature release upon delivery. International orders will be shipped DHL under most circumstances. 

Insurance

If you would like extra insurance on our order it is the customer responsibility to request and cover the actual costs of the insurance to be paid to Fullflight Racing. We are not responsible for lost or missdelivered shipments. These issues are to be taken up with the carrier by the receiving party.
