We do not have a phone number. Just as you are now seeing more companies move away from a phone and to social messaging we have too. We used to spend a lot of time on the phone and have to stop work and move to a quieter area to talk. Since moving to social messaging we now can answer faster and interact in conversation with our customers in the loud shop without moving to find a quieter place and have increased production because we can get right back to work. Most questions we can answer on the fly. We are also able to almost immediately answer all questions you have 24 hours a day(except while sleeping lol)

All prices are on the website. We do not quote prices through email or messenger. Please load a cart with what you want and input your address and a price will be calculated for you. 

You will not need new shocks except for our Long Travel arms. You will not need to get shocks for our Standard and PRO arms. Your stock shocks will work with them.

Yes, we set this up as a kit and supply you with everything you need to install them with the exception of brakelines. 

Our arms are set up as a stock replacement arm. We supply everything to install them as you would your stock arms using your stock tierod ends. We suggest ordering our longer brakelines because your stock brakelines will most likely be too short.

Shipping

All A-arms will be processed within 1-5 days (unless otherwise stated). 

All other orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase.

When your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking # and confirmation. 

Please visit our order confirmation page included in your email order confirmation or look for a shipping email confirmation with the tracking number.

All USA orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. To see what methods are available, please create an order and checkout to see shipping options.

Yes! All Canadian orders are shipped USPS via Canada Post and may require extra shipping charges.

No, all of our US orders ship from our US location and as a result there are no additional duties.

Yes, we ship internationally using UPS, DHL or USPS.

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of shipping and taxes for the USA. If you order outside of North America you might have additional duties and taxes.

Returns

We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We stand by our product and offer a 100% customer satisfaction 30-day manufacturer defect return guarantee through a replacement of the product (I.e. A-arms, and any other product we fabricate.) Manufacturer defects of the product we do not manufacture will need to be dealt with through the manufacturer only. Please see read our Return policy for more details.
