Return Policy
We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We stand by our product and offer a 100% customer satisfaction 30-day manufacturer defect return guarantee through a replacement of the product (I.e. A-arms, and any other product we fabricate.) If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Manufacture defects of the product we do not manufacture will need to be dealt with through the manufacturer only.
Order cancellations
Due to our parts being manufactured to order and we do not carry stock of our products. In the event of an order cancelation the following restocking fees apply. Any Fullflight manufactured parts i.e. Arms/swingarms/Bed deletes/Radius rods/etc. will have a restocking fee of 25% if built and not powdercoated, 30% restocking fee once powdercoated and completed. Any other products such as seats, windshields, whips, fenders, belts, etc. will have a 25% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for all return shipping fee, restocking fees, etc.
Warranty & Approved Returns
In the event of a warranty return on A-arms we are not responsible for any reimbursement for any coating i.e paint, powdercoat, or chrome plating added to the A-arm. We do not accept returns on A-arms other than warranty exchanges due to being a custom-made product to customer request specifications. How to Start a Return
To be eligible for a retail item return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase as the original purchaser. Do not send your returns without approval by us before or your package will be sent back. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A 25% restocking fee will be paid by the customer from the return of unused or uninstalled items depending on the condition. A 30% restocking fee will be paid by the customer from the return of used or installed items or items approved for return after 30 days. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees of $28 will be excluded from the refund (USA only- International rates apply). To start a return please contact us.
Return a Shipping
Once you have approval to return your product, you MUST email us for details and a return shipping address.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping ($28) and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund upon arrival and inspection of your return. In the event of a return, we are not responsible for any reimbursement for any coating i.e paint, powdercoat or chrome plating added to the A-arm after we originally fulfilled the order.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $40, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Packages go missing and get broken. Protect your shipment. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Arm Warranty returns
Please do not send your items back to the manufacturer. Contact us first for directions. All arm hardware does not fall under our warranty. If hardware is returned in the arm and looks worn or is unable to be removed due to corrosion or lock-tight we will require new hardware to be purchased before returning the arm.
Partial Refunds
Any item not in its original condition may be rejected and returned if the item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery may be rejected.
Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, in 7-10 business days minus a 15-25% restocking fee and the $28 paid for the original shipping to you. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost of shipping items back for a refund. In the event of a return, we are not responsible for any reimbursement for any shipping costs including the original actual shipping cost paid, this also applies to any coating i.e. paint, powder coat, or chrome plating added to the A-arms.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 days of the notification, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. In the event of a return, we are not responsible for any reimbursement for any coating i.e. paint, powdercoat, or chrome plating added to the A-arm applied after the original delivery.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item please contact us. In the event of a return, we are not responsible for any reimbursement for any coating i.e. paint, powdercoat, or chrome plating added to the A-arms applied after the original delivery. All items must be returned and complete and received before new replacement items can be released and shipped.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
