FREE SHIPPING
We offer free shipping in the continental USA on most orders over $200. This obviously excludes very heavy orders and items. We do not offer free shipping to Alaska and other areas outside of the continental USA
SHIPPING METHODS
We offer UPS, USPS on our orders for shipping carriers. All shipments of A-arms will ship UPS ground with signature release upon delivery. International orders will be shipped DHL under most circumstances.
TURNAROUND TIMES
Most orders ship within 1-5 days. As soon as we pack your item you will receive an email with a tracking number. We thank you for your patience.
INSURANCE
If you would like extra insurance on our order that is the customer responsibility to request and cover the actual costs of the insurance to be paid to Fullflight Racing. We are not responsible for lost or missdelivered shipments. These issues are to be taken up with the carrier by the receiving party.
We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We stand by our product and offer a 100% customer satisfaction 30-day manufacturer defect return guarantee through a replacement of the product (I.e. A-arms, and any other product we fabricate.) If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
