Heavy-duty FullFlight Racing extended A-arms for the Polaris RZR 200, designed to widen the front suspension by approximately 3 inches per side while adding strength and adjustability for performance-oriented builds.
RZR 200 A-Arm Kit
These arms are built from 1-inch x 0.095-inch wall American chassis-grade steel and use CNC-machined spindle adapters and threaded frame adapters for accurate fitment. The kit uses adjustable chromoly Teflon-lined heim joints and sealed chromoly ball joints.
What the Kit Includes
- 2 upper A-arms with Delrin bushings and steel sleeves
- 2 lower A-arms with Delrin bushings and steel sleeves
- 2 tie rods
- 2 inner tie-rod ends
- 4 chromoly Teflon-lined heim joints
- 4 sealed chromoly ball joints
- Front stainless brake lines
- 2 decals
Important: the kit reuses the factory outer tie-rod ends and factory inner tie-rod boots.
